For Acquisition of Water Rights From Former Brewery Property
Purpose of the acquisition is to secure the water rights that were held by the brewery and its subsequent owner, a bottling company, and to have future use of the wells that are present on parts of the former brewery property. The Cities of Olympia, Lacey and Tumwater plan to acquire this land along with the water rights. Land improved with a total of 15 wells and a water tower.

For Phase II Atlantic Corridor Project
Two adjacent properties, one improved with a major league baseball stadium (Safeco Field) and six-level parking garage, the other improved with parking, fencing and temporary structures. Portions of both will be acquired in fee and encumbered with temporary construction easements for Phase II of the Atlantic Corridor Project, to improve connections between Interstates 5 and 90, Port of Seattle terminals, Washington State Ferries terminal, and the stadium area.
